HIGH-QUALITY COOKED HAM

Our ham is made using choice thighs from national pigs. We use only fresh meat without adding any phosphates, and bone the ham by hand to guarantee its fibres are left integral, leading to superior quality results. The meat is enriched with natural spices to create a sublime flavour, thanks also to a longer rest period and gentle steam cooking. This creates an absolutely genuine, soft, rosy-coloured cooked ham of wonderful aromas and with a delicate fragrance.
