Produced exclusively with premium-quality fresh meat from pigs we have personally slaughtered and butchered, Salumificio Chiapella’s sausages with parsley are made with finely-minced meat flavoured with a delicate blend of spices and the addition of parsley leaves, which as well as giving a delicious aroma, are an excellent appetite stimulant rich in vitamin C. We recommend cooking it in various ways, from the grill to the pan, or stewed with wine or tomato sauce.
